Our goal is to generate ideas that are strategically on target, feasible, and fresh. There’s no specific formula for this, but our experience tells us that whatever the project is, a clearly defined process helps challenge creative goals and produce the best solutions.

One of the most important steps in developing successful design is determining the right problem. We ask a lot of questions. We take things apart, scrutinize them, and put them together again.

From the way a logo appears on a business card to users' experiences as they navigate a complex on-line environment, every project is different, but we approach all assignments with the same strategy: understand motivations, identify needs, and develop innovative visual.

Here’s our typical working method:

Plan

Define objectives. Interview stakeholders. Understand the business proposition. Identify target audiences and markets. Articulate brand or offering attributes. Review the competitive environment. Establish project timeline and budget.

Explore

Develop creative strategy and brief. Set parameters for design and provide criteria for evaluating progress. Develop and present design directions for review and approval. Refine design based on feedback. Prototype design for review by audiences or end-users.

Produce

Create all necessary specification documents and digital files for electronic or print production, including programming.
