Spanning the worlds of big pharma, big government and academic research, this AZ/MD-based institute pursues a vision of improved medical product development that safely accelerates the availability of new drugs and diagnostic testing. Less than two-years old at the time, we encountered an organization that had built a reputation for innovation, but that also had heightened audience expectations of accomplishment. To help, Godat Design analyzed client-developed strategy documents, and began to address strategic communications needs through a re-imagined brand presentation. Key to their transformation was the retirement of the obscure acronym C-path, and developing new graphic tools that appropriately and memorably communicate the organization’s complex mission as in industry catalyst to improve the availability of life saving medical treatments.
