As Southern Arizona's largest full-service realty company, Long Realty Company is a member of Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway organization. Sensing changes in the local housing market, Long Realty's management employed Godat Design to develop key recruiting, branding and promotional materials. Godat Design created the tagline "Live the Long Life" as an embodiment of the brand promise offered by Long to both its agents and their customers. Ad budgets were maximized by generating imagery and messaging that expressed Long's confidence in the skills of its agents – a message designed to appeal to multiple local audiences. The successful year-long campaign was extended to include outdoor, print advertising, direct mail, print collateral, online and transit advertising.
